By submitting a registration form, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using the services of Beacovia Learning Hub ("BLH," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("you," "the registrant," "the student," or "the parent/guardian") agree to be bound by these Terms & Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register for or use our services.
If you are registering a student who is a minor, you confirm that you are the student's parent or legal guardian and that you are agreeing to these terms on the student's behalf.

Sessions may be delivered one-on-one or in small groups, depending on the program and availability.
Enrollment is open to students of all ages, from primary school through adult learners. Where the student is a minor, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted and for supervising the minor's participation.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue enrollment where a program is not a good fit for a student's needs, or where these terms are violated.

We only collect what is needed to register, place, and support a student in the right program.
We do not use student information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell personal information to third parties.
Registration and billing information is stored in Airtable, a cloud-based database platform, and collected through a HTML form developed by our developers and hosted on NameCheap. Both providers maintain their own security and data protection standards, which you can review on their respective websites.
We limit access to student records to BLH staff who need it to deliver or administer a program, and we take reasonable steps to keep this information secure. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Many of our students are minors. We collect information about minors only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who completes registration on the student's behalf. Parents/guardians may contact us at any time to review, update, or request deletion of their child's information, subject to [insert your operating country's applicable children's data protection law, e.g. NDPR, COPPA, GDPR-K].
Because we serve students across multiple countries, your information may be processed or stored in a country other than your own, including wherever our service providers (Airtable, Tally) operate their servers. By using our services, you consent to this transfer and processing.

Fees are billed according to the payment plan (hourly or monthly) and rate confirmed with you at enrollment. Rates vary by program, learning mode, and other factors, and are communicated to you individually rather than published as a fixed price list.
Payment is due within 7-days after class commences. Accepted payment methods include Bank transfer, or mobile money transfer to Beacovia's account or the account of the CEO, Nwaigwe Chinonye Joy. Any payment made directly to a tutor’s personal account shall be done at the Client’s own risk, and Beacovia Learning Hub shall bear no liability for such transactions..

The Client may cancel a session at any time more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Such cancellations will not incur any penalty and will qualify for a full refund from BLH. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be treated as “late cancellations,” in which case BLH will refund 50% of the session fee. If a tutor or SMT cancels a session, the Client will receive a full refund. At BLH, classes are flexible and are open for rescheduling to a date that is convenient for both the client and tutor
By registering, you consent to receive communications from BLH via WhatsApp, email, and phone, relating to enrollment, scheduling, billing, and program updates. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time, while still receiving essential service-related messages.
All course materials, curricula, and resources provided by BLH remain the intellectual property of Beacovia Learning Hub, or are used under license. Students and parents/guardians may use these materials for personal learning purposes only, and may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell them without our written permission.
BLH strives to provide quality instruction but does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or exam results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Either party may discontinue enrollment at any time, subject to the notice and billing terms described in Sections 11–12. BLH reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these terms.
We may update this Terms & Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
